IIA Membership

As a member of IIA Hong Kong, you will be entitled to discounts to our products (e.g., CIA Study Material) and services, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and social events.  Members will have exclusive online access to certain IIA publications, such as the Internal Auditor Magazine, and the quarterly global newsletter, Global Connections.

In addition, as a member of IIA Hong Kong, you will be granted automatic membership in IIA Global and additional global benefits, which will be provided and updated by IIA Global from time-to-time.   These may include:

* Access to restricted Members-Only Services on The IIA web-site
* Discounts to The IIA products and services such as The International Conference
* Leadership opportunities on The IIA’s professional committees


Annual IIA HK Membership Rates

IIA Hong Kong offers the following membership types (please note that our membership cycle is from June 1 to May 31 of the following year):

Renewal notices will be sent to all existing members each year, based on their latest contact information provided to IIA Hong Kong.


Non-members
 
 

Non-members can register as IIA Hong Kong non-member contacts to check their event registration status, download event materials, edit personal profile and receive regular event updates.

Individual Membership Registration
 
 

Individual Members HK$1,800 per annum (Fees will cover the period from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025. Applicants joining on or after 1 December 2024 can enjoy the discounted membership fee of HK$900 for that period to 31 May 2025 only. Please note that there is no other pro-rata arrangement.)
New Individual Member applicants are also charged a one-time application fee of HK$300 to cover administration and other set-up costs.

Retired Members
 
 

Retired Members HK$540 per annum Members over the age of 65, who had been IIA HK members continuously for at least the immediate past 10 years, can apply to be charged at a rate of 30% of the normal individual member rate.  Application Fee for New Retired Members will also be waived.  Please note that this is only available to members who have retired from active employment.  If you would like to apply as a Retired Member, please contact IIA Hong Kong at iiahkadminservices@theiiahk.org or (852) 2857-2008.

Members under Corporate Memberships

Members under a Corporate Membership Scheme are charged at a rate based on the number of members from the relevant employer organization. The new Corporate Membership Scheme is charged a one-time registration fee of HK$1,200 to cover administration and other costs of setting up the new scheme. For each Individual Member under the Corporate Membership Scheme, the applicable annual subscription fee will be reduced at a rate of 20% of the normal member’s fee if the total number of applicable members from the same employer is from 5 to 10 members. The annual subscription fee discount is 30% for each individual member from the same employer organization if the total number of applicable members from the same employer is more than 10.   New Member applicants under the Corporate Membership Scheme are charged a one-time application fee of HK$600 per new member to cover administration and other set-up costs. For Corporate Membership applications registering more than 40 NEW members at the same time, there will be a 50% reduction in the one-time application fee for each new member.
