Access CCMS

Effective 14 January 2020, all Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) users are required to validate their CCMS account using the primary email address on file.
The launch of Single Sign On (SSO) allows CCMS users the ability to have one username and password to manage their access to The IIA global website, CCMS, and PearsonVUE exam scheduling system.
Please follow the steps below to validate your CCMS account:

  1. Go to https://www.theiia.org/ccms
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Use your primary email address: «Primary_Member_Email»
  4. If your password is invalid, select “Can’t Access Your Account. Click here” and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
  5. Once you have successfully accessed your CCMS account you have completed this process and no further action is required.

If you encounter any issues validating your account or you no longer have access to your primary email address, please complete the online help form.

The IIA's Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) is a powerful, user-friendly application to help you apply for, complete, and maintain your certifications and related information, while keeping you connected to and informed about The IIA's certification programs.


After you log in, you’ll be able to:

  • Apply for IIA certification programs.
  • Register for IIA certification examinations.
  • Review your certification status.
  • View your exam score report.
  • Review your next steps in the certification process.
  • Update your personal information.
  • Review your credential and exam history.
  • Contact IIA Customer Relations.

 


 


Certification Document Upload


The Certification Document Upload Portal was developed to enhance the experience of certification program participants by streamlining the document submission process, creating a secure transmission method, and reducing response and processing times.

Certified individuals and certification candidates are required to use the document upload portal to transfer forms and other necessary documents to The IIA's Certification Department for review and processing.
 

Some documents include, but are not limited to:

  • Proof of education forms and other supporting documentation (diplomas, transcripts, etc.)
  • Character reference forms
  • Experience verification forms and other supporting documentation
  • Other necessary documents required for your certification (CPE audit documentation, reinstatement documentation, other eligibility documentation)
