By the end of the Workshop, participants will:

❖ Be able to identify core ethical values and the important features of the ACFE Codes and Guidance related to ethics
❖ Understand the concept and nature of an ethical dilemma
❖ Develop skills in resolving ethical dilemmas

Biography
Ms. Anna LAM and Ms. Larissa CHOW joined the Community Relations Department of the ICAC in 1998. Throughout the years, Ms. LAM and Ms. CHOW have accrued experience in liaising with various sectors and giving corruption prevention seminars for personnel from government and private corporations, including senior management of private companies and professional bodies as well as promoting the ICAC corruption prevention philosophy to visitors.

Both Ms. LAM and Ms. CHOW are certified trainers of the Ethical Fitness® Model of the Institute for Global Ethics®.
HKBEDC:
The HKBEDC, formerly known as the Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre, is a non-profit making organization established under the auspices of the Community Relations Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It was established in May 1995 in response to request from the business community. The work of HKBEDC is steered by the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Advisory Committee which comprises representatives of ten major chambers of commerce in Hong Kong. Its main role is to promote business and related ethics in Hong Kong on a long-term basis.

1. Light refreshment will be provided.
2. Pre-workshop reading materials will be provided to participants.
3. Prior to the Workshop, each participant is required to prepare one real-life ethical dilemma for discussion at the Workshop. It can be a personal dilemma or one picked from public domain.
4. The CPE hours given in this Workshop will count towards the compulsory Ethics training
prescribed by ACFE.
